- What you have eaten in the day and most recently
- Your stress levels at the time

There can be severe consequences for drink driving such as harming others (you could kill someone), or harming yourself or imprisonment. Drink driving penalties for those caught driving when over the limit can be found here.
To be on the safe side, just don’t touch alcohol if you’re planning to drive after or if you’re worried get a cab.
All information has been sourced from the government website, so if you’re ever unsure head to their website [gov.uk], they have the law written plain and simple.
