An IT enterprise architect organises the IT system for a company, and is responsible for maintaining and updating the technology hardware and software and well as the services used by the company.

Change is constant, embrace it and see it as an opportunity to further develop and learn. Sometimes change works and sometimes it doesn’t, the key is that you ensure you always do your best to make it work, and when it doesn’t, you learn from it, adapt and move forward. Base your decisions on facts and data, sometimes you will not have enough, don’t be afraid to make assumptions and explain your rationale.
